Specialization : Anxiety and depression, low self-esteem issues, managing interpersonal conflicts, performance anxiety, substance abuse, emotional problems, adjustment issues, sports related issues and career evaluation.
Therapeutic Expertise: Psychometric testing and practices Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Emotion Focused therapy and Hypnotherapy
